直轄市、縣（市）政府災情查報、通報作業現況調查

摘要

本研究針對地方(政府)層級消防體系、警政體系與民政體系之災害防救工作人員，其執行災情查報通報作業之方式、頻率、更新與掌握程度等進行問卷調查。檢視第一線災害防救工作人員對災情查報通報作業模式之認知、態度與面臨之問題。藉以瞭解目前地方政府執行「災情查報複式佈建」措施之現況與困難，作為政府加強災情查報通報工作落實的參考依據。

The Investigation of Disaster-Information Transmission and Feedback on Local Governments

ABSTRACT

This paper is proposed to survey the operation of disaster-information transmission among fire department, the police, and the public administration in local governments. We focus on the execution, the frequencies, and the update or the control the progress of the disaster-information transmission and feedback by the local governments.  To know what the cognition, the attitude, and the problems of the disaster- information transmission and feedback procedure from the government sectors, we hope the results would serve as the reference for the all-level government to enhance on disaster- information transmission and feedback system.
