貨車安全駕駛管理自動警示系統架構之探討

摘要

運輸安全以預防勝於事後檢討為主,因此本研究利用車輛自動監控 (AVL) 系統的架構,提出即時貨車安全駕駛警示系統,並以即時通訊警示司機,來防止貨車駕駛發生車禍。其次,系統資料也可用來針對駕駛服務行徑行為、安全駕駛行為、合理車油耗、與合理車輛保修等四大類指標進行司機即時與事後之異常行為分析。然而受限於AVL系統及資料庫中訂單收、卸貨地點座標之不足,本研究提出多項修正方法與判斷準則來提高系統的評估準確度,使汽車貨運業者可藉由該系統有效減少行車事故發生機率,並輔助管理司機作業行為與建立明確的貨車司機獎懲管理規範。

Automatic Truck Safety Driving Warning Management System

ABSTRACT

Since it is very difficult to evaluate truck drivers’ safe driving behaviors outside the company, we proposed an Automatic Truck Safety Driving Warning Management System to use the safety performance indices to help trucking company managers to evaluate their drivers.  This warning management system can warn manager to put attention to their unsafe drivers at real time. In addition, this system can evaluate their drivers by the proposed safety performance indices.
