| 摘要 本研究目的在於使用科技接受模式(TAM)探討影響空軍飛行員使用模擬機的使用態度及行為意願。透過現行飛行員使用模擬機進行飛行訓練之認知、行為評估。研究結果顯示在科技接受模式下,飛行員的自我效能對認知有用有顯著正向影響、主觀規範對認知有用、認知易用有顯著正向影響及認知易用程度對認知 關鍵字:科技接受模式、模擬機、自我效能、主觀規範。 |
| Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss the use of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in pilots’ training. The factors in influencing the forming of attitude towards TAM, the decision in adopting the TAM, and their behavioral willingness were discussed. The data were evaluated by the factors of their cognitive understanding and the explicit actions under the influence of the cognitive understanding of the model. The result of this study shows that under the model, there is a positive correction between pilots’ self-efficacy and perceived effectiveness of the model. There is a positive correlation between the subjective code of conduct and the perceived usefulness. There is a positive correlation between the perceived operational friendliness.
