應用FMEA於採購作業風險防制之研究

摘要

本研究以個案研究方式進行探討個案學校之採購作業流程，並且應用失效模式與效應分進行採購作業風險之分析與改善研究。期望利用FMEA分析個案學校潛在採購作業風險，並針對各項作業程序之失效模式提出改善方法以及未來建立電子化採購策略之方向，進而強化內部組織關係及分享資源以提升個案學校之採購服務品質、工作順暢度及減少人為之失誤率。

Abstract

To analyze and prevent the operation risk during the procurement procedure is an important problem. In this study, the operation risk during the procurement procedure of a case school was conducted by using FMEA. The failure mode for each step of procurement procedure was discussed and the improvement procedure also proposed to be the reference of the e-procurement strategy in the future.
