The Focus on the New Era of National Security –development of Non-Traditional Security Trends

　　安全是一個國家求生存與發展的最基本需求，安全研究近年來已經成為當前危機管理與國際關係研究的重點項目，有關新的議題和概念也不斷被提出，對國家安全認知產生巨大的變化，非傳統安全成為國家安全的焦點。冷戰結束後，由於國家安全的面向發展更為廣泛，致使國家安全的趨勢走向安全因素多樣化、安全利益多元化、安全關係多邊化、安全問題國際化。在安全研究的領域中，不論研究範疇和研究議題都有很大的轉變，而安全的重心，隨著由傳統安全面向逐漸轉變到重視非傳統安全面向，安全議題也擴展到經濟、環境、氣候、能源、社會、衛生、文化、跨國犯罪等議題。

In order to survive, security is the most basic needs and development for a country, and it constitute the concept of the country's security in the search for national security process and the various practices. Security research in recent years has become the current crisis management and focus on the study of international relationship and the relevant issues. The new concepts have been proposed to national security and have significant cognitive changes in non-traditional security which has become the essential of national security.
After the Cold War, national security as a result of the broader development-oriented, with the result that national security factors in the trend towards the diversification of security, the security interests of diversity, security, multilateral relations and international security issues. The field of security studies, regardless of the subject areas of study and research there has been substantial change in the focus of security, with the traditional security-oriented by gradually changing and emphasis on non-traditional security-oriented, security issues also extend to economic, environmental, climate, energy, social, health, culture, issues such as transnational crime.
