工會成員抗爭之危機溝通研究

—以台電公司實務為例

摘要

    本研究主題以我國公營民生事業在面臨勞工抗爭之際採取的危機溝通處理作為做一系統性的分析,並針對危機之特性、工會運動、抗爭時之危機溝通方式等進行闡述,並參考各相關學者提出的各種理論,以文獻探討方式加以分析。文末並運用組織行為學與先前之實證研究結論,提出部份建議,俾使未來公營民生企業今後在面對此一問題時得做為因應之參考。

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyzing a suitable mode of crisis communication when the state-run enterprise facing on employees protest. we describe features of crises, trade union movement and crises communication methods. In this study, we used the secondary data and refer to any relevant theories to analyzing. Finally, the organizational behavior and the conclusion of the study can be employed as references for operating State-run enterprises.
