摘要

  人類因大量使用化石燃料導致碳循環失序,致使以二氧化碳為主之溫室氣體所產生之溫室效應引發全球暖化,而導致氣候變遷,對人類生存構成極大威脅。為防止此現象繼續惡化,並做出有效之防治,本研究利用系統思考整體性思惟之特性,將全球暖化的問題放回其所處的系統中,藉以分析出對抗全球暖化的兩種解決途徑,其一為開發低成本的新能源以取代化石燃料、減少碳量;其二是藉由碳權的交易,使造林具經濟上的實質利益,讓造林能持續進行,以達到減碳之目的。

ABSTRACT

  The carbon cycle runs out of order due to the huge amount of fossil fuel utilized by people on earth so that the greenhouse effect, which is caused by the greenhouse gases where CO2 constitutes the main component, leads to the global warming. This in turn results in the drastic change in climate which would seriously threaten the survival of human beings. To prevent this phenomenon from getting worse and to take effective precautions against it, this study employs the characteristics of integrate thought in systems thinking so as to take the problem of global warming in the system, and then to find out two approaches of counteraction against it. The first approach is to develop new energy to replace fossil fuel to reduce the carbon. The second one is to utilize the carbon credit exchange to incur the real economic interest from the cultivation of woods, which would induce the cultivation of woods to keep going and hence to decrease the carbon.
