運用作業風險管理探討挖泥船作業危機管理

摘要

　　近年來挖泥船作業事故發生頻繁，起因於並未充分了解天候海象和機械設備損毀。在這些不安全的情況下，本研究使用作業風險管理(ORM)發現可能會產生的作業風險和提出有效的改進方式，避免挖泥船在作業中，發生意外事故。

關鍵字：作業風險管理、挖泥船作業、5M。

Abstract

　　 I Dredger operation on the sea is easy to cause accident that would hurt people, on the hull, attached machinery, and pipeline.
　　To improve the safety of dredger operation, this study uses Operational Risk Management (ORM) to reduce the possible risks that might be caused by environmental, machinery or personnel problem.
