台灣地區衝剪機械安全設計之危害控制研究

摘要

  本研究旨在探討台灣地區衝剪機械製造業危害控制能力,藉由文獻分析法、問卷調查、專家座談、個案研究及訪談等方法進行研究。其內容包含了國內衝剪機械危害情形概況,符合法規情況,衝剪製造商安全設計之危害控制情況及提升衝剪機械安全設計之對策等。研究發現衝剪機械製造商有產業聚落現象,廠商安全技術能力已達EN及ANSI標準,但在實務上安全設計以顧客需求為依據;提升安全設計能力大都透過政府補助和參考同業作法。

Abstract

  This research aimed to explore the industry hazard control ability of the press machinery in Taiwan. In order to achieve the goal, documentary analysis, expert discussions, surveys, case study and interview are adopted. The main content is to explore the domestic hazard situation of Press machinery, and laws and regulations in line with the situation, and the Press machinery hazard of control situation on safety design and to upgrade countermeasures safety design for press machinery. The study found the manufacturer of the press machinery like a cluster phenomenon. Technical safety requirements fulfill EN and ANSI standards, but in practical design of safety are based on customer needs, and they use government counseling and with reference to the practice to enhance safety design ability.
