　　在現今競爭強烈的環境下，企業為了能夠快速並正確地回應顧客訂單交期及數量，是非常重要的，若能可及時允諾顧客提出的訂單交期及數量，能使顧客滿意度、企業競爭力、利潤提高，若決策錯誤則可能導致顧客訂單流失、商譽損失等，而先進規劃排程APS(Advanced Planning and Scheduling）可快速反應並考慮到真實落差，故本研究以在先進規劃排程中的可允諾模組ATP(Available-to-Promise)作為其研究範圍，研究探討在接單組裝ATO(Assemble To Order)下之訂單允諾規劃。

ABSTRACT

　　In today’s competitive environment, quick response to customer the available order quantities and delivery dates is very important. To make customer order commitment quickly this research discusses the order promising planning by ATO production model. And then, the ATP allocation planning rule is proposed.
