摘要

  近年來,軍機飛安事故頻傳,本研究針對飛機降落階段,運用作業風險管理,進行飛安事故的危險因素分析、評估、控管與防制,結果發現:建立更完善的飛航通報制度(例如:增加塔台與飛行員的通報次數,且飛行員需將所有執行動作予以回報),最能降低飛機在降落階段的飛安事故。

ABSTRACT

  Military aviation accidents have occurred frequently in recent years. This study employs operation risk management to analyze the causes of aviation accidents and then to evaluate, control, and avoid the aviation accidents during the stage of landing. The finding is that to effectively reduce the aviation accidents, we ought to establish better aviation information circulation system (e.g., to increase the frequency of information circulation between control tower and the pilots, and to require the pilots to inform all the actions they’ve taken).
