摘要

本研究是以先進規劃排程中的可允諾 模組ATP(Available-to-Promise)作為其研究範圍,研究探討在接單組裝ATO(Assemble To Order)生產模式下之訂單允諾規劃。考量BOM 表資料、採購、組裝等相關活動,使用數學規劃方法來進行預先配置可允諾量規劃問題。預先配置ATP 模型是基於預測未來顧 客的需求量,根據顧客的偏好來預先配置規 劃其企業採購、存貨、組裝等相關活動,藉 此可幫助管理者決策、增加企業競爭力及提 高利潤。

ABSTRACT

In this research, to make customer order commitment quickly, the ATP allocation planning rule is proposed for the order promising planning by ATO production model. Mathematical programming model is applied to allocate ATP according to BOM data, procurement, assemble and other related activities. Pre-Allocation ATP model is performed based on the forecast of customer demand. And then, according to customer preference, the planning of procurement, inventory, assembly and other related activities. Besides, Pre-Allocation ATP model can assist managers in decision-making to increase competitiveness and improve profitability.
