校園危機管理食物中毒案例分析

摘要

  校園安全管理惟須全員共同參與,提高校園安全危機意識,發揮安全管理的精神,提供安全學習環境已為基本要求。維護學生校內外生活安全及校區安寧,強化校園公共衛生、安全管理和防救災害應變能力,以避免發生校園安全事件;倘若校園不再是絕對的安全,我們必須採取必要的防範措施,在潛在的危機發生前,必須能預見危機,並採取必要的措施與行動。本文藉最近發生的校園食物中毒案例,加以分析風險管理途徑,提出學校風險管理策略,供作未來因應參考。

ABSTRACT

  Campus safety management needs the participation of the entire personnel on campus. Rraising the crisis awareness of campus security and the spirit of safety management is essential to provide a safe learning environment. Maintaining the peace life of students and strengthening campus public health, safety and response capabilities of disaster prevention and relief are required to avoid the campus security incidents. If the campus is no longer absolute security, we must take the necessary precautions against potential crises before they occur. In this paper, we analyzed the crisis management of the recent food poisoning case, and proposed the management strategies of campus crisis to overcome the obstacles in the future.
