運用風險管理探討模具品質與製造

摘要

  台灣屬於工業化的國家,特色是製造代工,長期為國際大廠從事產品代工業務下,累積了相當多的模具設計及製造經驗,倘若要贏得國際大廠的競爭優勢,就必須在品質與成本上符合市場的需求,減少製程上的生產週期,並且不斷改善作業疏失降低經費成本。而企業再針對這些需求與改善時,仍會出現不確定性的風險,因此本研究使用作業風險ORM (Operational Risk Management) 發現可能的風險和提供有效的改善方法,減少模具設計和製造上的損失。

關鍵字:模具、品質、作業風險管理。

ABSTRACT

  Taiwan is a highly industrialized country, especially in the field of manufacturing. Tooling design and fabrication are the key factors that support those activities, and make it possible. In order to maintain the international competition, it is important issue to decrease tooling cost, at the same time, improve manufacturing quality. This study is to use risk management to reduce possible errors that could happen in tooling fabrication, and so to increase its productivity.
