低頭族使用智慧型手機姿勢疲勞度探討

摘要

  智慧型手機普及後,許多人時時刻刻都低著頭使用手機,「低頭族」這個新名詞也因應而生。科技帶來便利,但亦帶來相對的負面影響,長期低頭使用智慧型手機可能造成肩頸負擔以及視覺疲勞。
  本研究欲探討因使用智慧型手機而產生的疲勞感,藉由實驗設計的方法,針對不同的使用姿勢,分別包括站立與坐的姿勢、低頭使用手機角度以及手持手機角度,進行研究分析,並用田口方法計算疲勞感的具體數據,依照得到的數據,得出最佳姿勢組合。結果顯示:操作姿勢以坐姿使用、不低頭使用、手持角度適中時,身體所負荷之疲勞感最小,也就為最舒適使用姿勢,此結果可供智慧型手機使用者作為參考,希望能提高大眾使用智慧型手機時的舒適度。

ABSTRACT

  With growing popularity of smartphones, it has become a common scene to see smartphone users constantly checking their mobile devices. While the advent of smartphones provides convenience to users, it comes along with disadvantages as well. A major problem is physical discomfort results from looking down at smartphones for extended periods of time.
  This paper investigates the physical discomfort caused by smartphones. Intending to find an ideal smartphone posture, the study analyzed different posture of smartphone users employing Design of Experiments (DOE) approach and calculated the body discomfort scores of each posture using Taguchi methods. The result show the operate postures are most comfort when using the smartphone by sitting postures and do not lower neck, and the angle of the elbow is moderate. The result can be used as a reference for smartphone users who wish to alleviate the physical discomfort associated with smartphone usage.
