在容器中堆肥的穩定性和腐熟度的評估

摘要

  農地堆放未腐熟的生雞糞會產生惡臭撲鼻、病蟲害、蒼蠅繁殖、殘留抗生素、重金屬、水源污染,所以需尋找不費力又省錢堆肥方法。堆肥過程中翻堆和強制通風是最浪費人力和電能,如何在不翻堆及自然通風下堆肥,為此研究報告之主要探討方向。在這項研究中,為評估在自然通風下,堆肥發酵之穩定性和腐熟度,在雞糞混合堆肥容器中使用發泡性聚苯乙烯容器,並分別使用不同的通風管,單通風管、雙通風管、無通風管,量測每天溫度,再以發芽指數來判定腐熟度。

ABSTRACT

  Not fully decomposed raw chicken manure stacked on agricultural land will produce lots of phenomenon like stench smelling, blight, fly breeding, antibiotic residues, heavy metals and water pollution. So it is necessary to find a proper composting way without spending too much effort and money. During the composting process, turning over and forced-aeration are the most manpower and electricity consumption, how to avoid turning over and giving natural ventilation are the main aspects of this study. In this study, for assessing the effectiveness of stability and maturity of composting mixed chicken manure under natural ventilation, polystyrene vessel is used to hold the mixed chicken manure. And different vent pipes, no vent tube, single vent pipe and dual vent pipe, are used to compare their effectiveness. Temperature are monitored everyday for evaluating the maturity of compost and its germination index.
