摘要

  安全是飛機設計最基本的要求,飛機的設計一般都追求同時具有較大的升力和較小的阻力性能,也就是說飛機的氣動力外形設計,須符合所謂的高升-阻比的空氣動力效率,然而在不同的飛行階段,例如在落地航线或需要下降和減速操控的時候,如何恰當的破壞升力和增加阻力,同樣也是空氣動力學與飛行操控的重要問題,因應對航空器飛航安全的要求,本文即針對固定翼飛機的擾流板(spoilers)的設計,從空氣動力學、飛行性能和飛航安全的觀點,藉相關的失事案例以說明擾流板的使用和功能要求,並研討其飛航安全管理的物理機制和POKA-YOKE“防止失誤”的設計應用,以提供航空器設計與飛航安全風險管理的參考。

ABSTRACT

  Flight safety is crucial for civil aviation vehicle design. Higher lift capability and lowest drag penalty is the most efficiency demand. However, due to the safety landing performance consideration, the highest drag is also required. The aircraft spoilers are the kind of device to destroy the most lift and inducing huge amount of drag,when they deploy on the both wings simultaneously. By review two related accident cases, the spoilers Aerodynamic design methodologies, flight control techniques, and risk management considerations are briefly introduced. This study also stress the importance of developing realistic safety design from Poka-Yoka, the so called “mistake-proofing”, concept and then adhering to flight performance to help improve the understanding of aircraft safety design.
