摘要

  本研究藉由空間方格心像旋轉作業探討睡眠不足與正常睡眠者在建構空間心像旋轉作業之績效,其心像旋轉能力是藉由大腦皮質績效呈現方式,而大腦皮質則是會經由睡眠來修復,因此採取睡眠不足與正常睡眠者當受測者;首先讓受試者記憶4×4 平面空間,本研究的實驗刺激材料限制在無意義之2D 圖形,接著受測者再將所視圖形,依照題目給定,加以在腦中進行心像旋轉,並找出其績效;最後,本研究結果發現睡眠充足者在心像旋轉空間能力作業中,其表現績效優於睡眠不足者,顯示出睡眠充足者與睡眠不足者之間有顯著差異;而圖形旋轉角度與旋轉方向亦有顯著差異。

ABSTRACT

  This study was conducted to examine the performance on the spatial ability between the people who don’t get enough sleep and who get enough sleep. In experiment, adopting stimulus material limited in a meaningless 2D graphics and the subjects were requested to memorize 4 × 4 spatial matrix. And then, in accordance with a given topic, the subjects need to carry out the visual graphics in their brain by mental rotation, and their performance was recorded. Finally, The result of the experiment indicated that the performance on the subjects those who get enough sleep is better than those who don’t get enough sleep on mental rotation. It not only shows the significant difference between people who don’t get enough sleep and who get enough sleep, but also the significant difference between graphics angle and direction of rotation.
