摘要
針對國內防災宣導的相關文獻及規定進行彙整，研究現行高雄市大專院校防災宣導活動在執行上的缺失與進步的空間，進而研擬具體的結論與建議，期能有效增進高雄市大專院校莘莘學子對於災害防救的概念。本文針對高雄市大專院校做為研究對象，以三民區大學為例，藉由文獻探討及參與觀察法，進行基本文獻分析，針對國內外防災宣導舉辦的方式及架構，比對目前高雄市大專院校防災宣導舉辦方式，探究及影響效果之分析研究。

ABSTRACT
The findings of this research provide valuable information to build up the disaster prevention knowledge on university students of Kaohsiung City.
Through literature reviews and regulation study on US and Japan disaster prevention campaign, current study examines Taiwan campaign practices and effects conducted in the Kaohsiung universities, and compares with those two countries’ practices.
