摘要

  本研究以探討城普公司濾波器製程設施規劃之改善為案例,利用PQ分析圖表來分析產品的生產佈置。運用系統模擬法探討工廠中各工作站間之搬運批量對生產時間之影響。其次應用系統模擬工具Simul8建構案例工廠之模擬模式,並透過此模擬模式分析每一筆實驗下系統之生產之平均流程時間與總完工時間。 作為不同搬運批量下生產時間之預測模式。利用操作程序圖來了解製程的操作步驟的順序,再利用流程程序圖去檢視濾波器產品的操作、移動、儲存、延遲、檢驗以及搭配線圖針對勞務關係進行各個部門的相互重要性給予評比。 利用此評比會置出圖表,再利用此圖表套入Corelap程式,讓它依照評比關係會置出新的相對位置關係圖。

ABSTRACT

  The use of systems simulation method to explore the affecting the factory between the various workstations handling the bulk on the production of time.
