針對過勞成因之觀察及實務認定之評價

摘要

  工作對個人而言係為求維持有意義生活不可或缺的手段,透過工作能獲得成就感更能實現自我,惟若工作負荷或壓力過鉅而無法消除,有可能危害勞工身心健康。近來出現過勞甚至「過勞死」的案例日增,因而該如何舒緩其工作壓力,已成為我國勞動政策上須關注之重要課題。而為免勞工承受過度負荷甚至遭遇過勞(死),本文擬彙整與其相關的危險因素,並據此對應於我國實務就評估過勞之認定參考,藉以達到職業安全衛生之管理目的。

關鍵字:工作負荷、疲勞、過勞死、職業安全衛生管理。

ABSTRACT

Long working hours of workers has become a reality. It may cause fatigue and even burnout. When it combines with other risk factors, also leads people suffering from physical and mental damage. In recent years, the issue of burnout or karoshi(death from overwork) are more and more important, so how to observing different factors and avoiding work overload? This study tries to investigate the factors of work overload and exploring the assessment standard. In the end, this study gives some advices for the policy of labor safety and health management.
