結合顏色管理的甘特圖式網路圖之研究

摘要

本研究以網路圖為架構、甘特圖為元素、佐以顏色管理的運用,巧妙將這三種管理工具予以結合,結合後的管理工具特稱「結合顏色管理的甘特圖式網路圖」,此網路圖可用在專案執行的前、中、後各階段。在專案執行前的規劃階段,本研究擬以一個甘特圖代表一個作業,每個甘特圖中標示這個作業的最早開始、最早完成、最晚開始與最晚完成時間,也標示寬裕時間與後續作業資料,並將寬裕時間為零的作業甘特圖以紅框顯示,故從整個網路圖,可以觀看作業彼此間的關係與要徑上的作業;至於專案執行中的作業與控制階段,本研究在甘特圖中加入實際進度線,使其與計畫進度作比較,再根據該作業是否為要徑上的作業,予以不同的顏色標示,作為控制的依據;最後,在專案執行後的檢討階段,則針對實際進度線出現警示顏色的作業甘特圖,探討其落後的原因。

ABSTRACT

This study developed a new technique called “Gantt chart based network diagram associated with color management”. This method can be applied to analyze each phase of a given project. In the planning stage before implementing the project, each Gantt chart represents an operation and contains earliest start time, earliest finish time, latest start time, and latest finish time. Besides, slack time and immediately succeeding operation are also included. The slack time with zero value was tagged; the operations in critical path and relations between operations can be shown clearly in the network diagram. Further, we added the actual schedule line into the Gantt chart compared with the planned schedule line in operation and control stage of the project. The operations whether in the critical path were tagged with different colors in order to identify which one should be controlled. Finally, in examining stage, we focused on the operations with warning color in actual schedule line and investigated the factors which caused the project behind schedule.
