運用風險管理軟體(RM2S)探討堆高機事故之危害因素研究

摘要

對製造業、物流業而言,堆高機設備是最重要也是最普遍的轉運移動工具,然而造成大部分工安危害事故的主因,是因為駕駛者個人認知不足或管理制度鬆散,以至於無法達到「工安意外管制」的目標。堆高機是業界常用之搬運機械,但因本身有巨大之能量、高機動性,如果在工作場所中,作業人員與堆高機及作業環境等未能密切配合,便可能會導致工安意外的發生,本研究為使瞭解堆高機操作所造成的事故意外災害概況、發生原因及過程,分析堆高機作業災害案例,並針對其災害原因來提出風險管理方針。

ABSTRACT

Stacker is the one of the most important mobile devices for manufactural and logistic industries to transport products. The lack of safety training and safety management of organizations, the stacker drivers suffer occupational injury so frequently that the “controllable operational accidental” as a safety goal becomes impractical to reach. Equipped with great power and high-speed mobility, the stacker can easily cause incident/ accident to personnel at working places if the standard operational procedures are not properly designed and followed. Current study analyzed the probable causes of occupational accidents of stackers, and provides risk management solutions through RM2S analytical software.
