摘要

以往整個建築物工程成本估算單價分析相關研究大多偏重於土木建築工程部份,機電工程成本分析估算研究較被忽略。消防設備之估算更是不多見。然而消防工程對於整體工程卻十分重要,在高層建築物更具有舉足輕重之角色。目前消防工程公司多屬中小型企業,專業人員流動性頻繁,導致估價經驗不易傳承。本研究以自動撒水系統為研究對象。研究方式以既有案件統計推理之作法,以二棟15樓集合住宅為分析對象。由案件設計規劃階段開始,進行成本之分析,嘗試建立一套估價方式以在短期內可獲得精準之成本估算。經由採用實際工程案例為基礎,建立一套有助於工程成本概算系統。相關研究數據可助於實務上需在設計規劃階段即需要之快速成本概估。

ABSTRACT

In the past, most of the related researches on building engineering cost estimation have been focused on civil engineering construction, and the estimation of the cost of electrical and mechanical equipment is less than the estimate of fire-fighting equipments. However, fire-fighting engineering is very important for the whole project, and it plays a pivotal role in high-rise buildings. At present, fire engineering companies are small and medium-sized enterprises, professional mobility, resulting in the evaluation experience is not easy to inherit. This study is based on automatic water-spreading system. The research method is based on the statistical reasoning of the cases, and the two 15-storey house is the object of analysis. Starting with the case design planning phase, the cost analysis is attempted to establish a valuation method to obtain accurate cost estimates in the short term. Based on practical engineering cases, a set of engineering cost estimate system is established. The relevant research data can be used to facilitate the practical need for rapid cost estimating in the design planning phase.
