摘要

螺絲工廠是存在最大量的機械設備工作場所,然而大部分職安事故發生的主因,卻是因為現場製造人員個人不安全的動作與行為或主管管理制度鬆散等因素,以至於無法達到「職災意外管制」的目標。成型機、搓牙機、天車、推高機等機械都是螺絲廠常見之機械,但因機械本身有巨大之能量、極快之速度且接近人員,如果在工作中,稍一不注意,便可能會導致職災,為瞭解螺絲工廠所造成的事故意外災害概況、發生原因及過程,本文分析職災災害案例,並針對個案工廠可能發生職業災害原因來提出作業風險管理方針。

關鍵字:職安事故、職業災害、作業風險管理。

ABSTRACT

Screw factory is a workplace for that is full of machinery equipment. However, the main cause of most occupational safety accidents is due to factors such as the unsafe actions and behaviors of on-site manufacturing personnel or the fail management system of the supervision, which cannot prevent the occupational accidents. goal. Molding machines, squeezing machines, Cranes,Pushers and other mechanical tools are common mechanical eguipment in screw factories, these mechanical eguipment the have enormous energy, extremely fast speed and close to personnel, A little Failure to pay attention may lead to occupational disasters. In order to understand the accidents caused by screw factories, t this paper analyzes the cases of occupational accidents and proposes operational risk management guidelines for the potential causes of occupational accidents in the case factories.
