摘要

科技的進步帶動著許多產業的發達,但在近幾年來,科技業的事故頻傳,伴隨著是背後龐大的損失及家庭的破碎,例如2014年發生在高雄市的多處嚴重氣爆災害。為了減少這些意外的發生,製程中會產生化學品、有毒氣體的工廠中皆應該設置氣體偵測器。
氣體偵測器該如何選購才能達到供應商及公司採購皆能滿意的要求,值得討論,而層級分析法能夠探討擁有多目標多準則的問題,並將問題簡單清楚化,用數值來顯示各方案的差異,以供決策者參考。

本研究請了80位工廠工作的人員填問卷,其中大約50份問卷符合一致性,為有效問卷;再用層級分析法來找出對於工廠工作人員來說購買氣體偵測器的首要參考要素及次要要素。

本研究中可以發現價格其實並不適那麼重要的,員工皆希望能夠有安全的工作場合,然後平安的回家。

ABSTRACT

The advancement of science and technology has led to the development of many industries. However, in recent years, accidents in the technology industry have been transmitted frequently, accompanied by huge losses and broken families. For example, in 2014, many serious gas explosions occurred in Kaohsiung City. In order to reduce the occurrence of these accidents, chemicals and toxic gases are generated in the process. A gas detector should be installed in all factories.
How to choose a gas detector to meet the requirements of both supplier and company procurement is worth discussing. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) can explore the problem of multi-objective and multi-criteria, and the problem is simple and clear. Differences in the program for decision makers.
In this study, 80 workers from the factory were asked to fill out a questionnaire. About 50 questionnaires were consistent and valid. The hierarchical analysis method was used to find the primary reference elements for factory workers to purchase gas detectors. Secondary element.

In this study, it can be found that the price is not so important. The employees hope to have a safe workplace and then go home safely
