精密零件生產流程與現場佈置之分析探討

摘要

本研究以精密零件製造公司為研究對象,經由實地訪查與搜集產品生產流程與物料需求等資料,依據生產流程繪製出程序分析圖以了解其加工過程,詳細分析其生產流程與物料搬運動線,以確認現有佈置可能存在之問題。再者,藉由活動關係分析了解不同工作區域之間的關係程度,探討如何在有限空間中將設施佈置更加合理化,讓生產流程更為順暢,並縮短搬運時間與成本。本研究將在最後進行現有佈置與改善提案之流程程序圖與流程動線圖之比較,並分析其差異,提供個案研究公司做為現場佈置改善之參考。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to explore the plant layout of the precision manufacturing company. In order to understand the production of precision parts, some process analysis charts are applied to analyze the flow process of precision parts. Besides, the method of activity relationship analysis is used to check the relationships of different areas in the plant. Based on the results, a rationalization layout is suggested in this study. The flow process of the production is improved. Moreover, the distance and the time of material handling would be reduced. The comparisons of flow process chart and flow diagram for the current and the suggested layout are made. These results could be provided to the company for rearranging the plant.
