摘要

在現今產品銷售除了講求品質外,使用年限(可靠度)也是消費者考量的要點之一,為了能提高產品可靠度,以透過加速壽命試驗,加速老化產品以縮短產品失效,進而推估出產品正常使用之壽命,並加以改善。本研究則透過加速壽命試驗,以Arrhenius壽命模型分別求出加速因子與活化能求進而推估產品正常使用下之平均失效時間。

ABSTRACT

In addition to quality, today's product sales are also one of the key points for consumers to consider. In order to improve product reliability, accelerate the aging product to shorten product failure through accelerated life testing, and then estimate the product. The life of normal use, and improved. In this study, the accelerated life test was used to determine the acceleration factor and activation energy in the Arrhenius life model to estimate the average failure time under normal use.
