摘要

在未來的工廠中要及時了解產品的生產情況是十分重要的,而要運用工業4.0的概念去實踐在工廠中必須會使用模擬的技術,學會使用模擬的技術就能預估生產的情形,而本研究要探討在生產時間固定、機台數固定的模擬生產情形下AGV的數量要多少才是相對有效率的,本研究利用結合ARENA軟體與資料包絡分析法評估生產流程中AGV數量,本研究發現使用7台AGV數量是相對有效率。

ABSTRACT

It is very important to know the production status of the products in the future factory. It is necessary to use the concept of Industry 4.0 to practice the simulation technology in the factory, and learn to use the simulation technology to predict the production situation. This study is to investigate how much the amount of AGV is relatively efficient in the case of simulated production situation with fixed production time and fixed number of machines. This study uses ARENA software and Data Envelopment Analysis to evaluate the number of AGV in the production process. It has been found that the use of 7 AGV quantities is relatively efficient.
