摘要

噴砂製程是一種工業常用的金屬產品前處理製程,經常在製程中發現的製程問題是噴砂表面出現瑕疵、色差甚至是表面粗糙數值與客戶要求不符合,導致客戶端整批驗退或是需品管人員實際至客戶廠內複測,導致公司生產廢料增加,內部與外部成本提高的同時,利潤也隨之降低。FMEA失效模式與效應分析方法,可協助工程人員在產品開發初期確認設計或製程上潛在的風險,以便提早採取預防措施,提高產品的可靠度,因此本研究運用FMEA對噴砂製程數據進行彙整建模,以建立產品被退貨風險評故模式。

ABSTRACT

Sandblasting process is a commonly used in industrial metal product pretreatment process, often found failure in the process is the surface of the sandblasting defects, chromatic aberration or even surface roughness values cannot meet customer requirements, resulting in the client whole batch inspection or the actual product management personnel actually to the customer factory retest, resulting in increased production waste, and the increase in internal and external costs is accompanied by a reduction in profits. The FMEA failure mode and effect analysis method can assist engineers to confirm the potential risks in the design or process at the beginning of product development, in order to take early preventive measures to improve the reliability of the product, the FMEA adopted in this study to model the sand blasting process data, to establish the product return risk evaluation model.
