本研究所探討之議題為無人飛行載具發展背景、應用現況與未來發展趨勢之探討，目的在於希望認識無人機並且了解無人機對於人類社會的幫助及貢獻，且研討無人機科技可能衍生之問題，透過現今各方面的技術及使用面向，歸納出無人機產業當前的優勢，以及需要與時俱進的相關法律規範，希望本研究提出的論點能幫助普羅大眾對於無人機的發展及應用有確切的認知與了解。

The purpose of this study is to explore the developing background, current application and future developing trends of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The aim is to understand UAVs and realize the contributions of UAVs to human society. In addition to discuss the problems that may arise from UAV technology. To sum up the advantages of the current UAV industry, as well as relevant laws and regulations that needed to make in order to keep pace with the fast technology advance. We hope that the arguments put forward in this study can help the general public to have a clear picture of the development and application of UAVs.
