摘要

在進入工業4.0及智動化時代的現在,人們對於生活中隨處可見的智慧型產品也習以為常,甚至是不能沒有它們;且在手做、DIY盛行的現在,釀造也變成了許多人熱衷於製作的項目之一,其中又以「釀酒」最為入門且操作最簡單,但其中仍有許多非人為因素會造成釀造失敗,若將自動控制系統導入則會使成功率與釀造速度得到大大的提升。 目前國內外的釀酒工廠大多是採用定溫控制,而濕度也都是設定好的,而這些設備對於居家型釀酒的成本負擔較重,且設備體積也無法走入家庭或個人,所以我們的智慧釀造系統必須是智慧化、輕量化且生活化,讓對於釀造有興趣的個人也能夠獨自完成。 因此,本研究提出了「智慧酒窖」來提高居家釀造的成功率及釀造速度;而「智慧酒窖」中會整合溫溼度感應器與七段顯示器,並且結合APP及雲端,讓我們能夠透過遠端監控釀造系統的狀態,並且在APP中植入釀酒食譜供釀酒新手參閱。

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to enable beginners who are interested in brewing themselves to reduce the chance of failure in a low-cost way, to let Smart brewing into the personal, Family first consideration is cost and price, if the price is too high, everyone's acceptance rate will be greatly reduced. And Smart Brewing in addition to the desire to improve the success rate of brewing, but also to avoid people drink brewing failure, there is a fungus infection of the wine, leading to diarrhea or physical discomfort to send medicine. Therefore, this study proposed "Smart wine cellar" to improve the success rate and brewing speed of home brewing, and "smart wine cellar" will integrate temperature and humidity sensors and seven-segment display, and combined with the APP and the cloud, so that we can remotely monitor the status of the brewing system, and in the APP implanted brewing recipes for beginners to see.
