噴砂與化學拋光製程參數最佳化之研究 –以鋁鎂合金為例

摘要

本研究針對鋁鎂合金的噴砂與化學拋光製程,藉由反應曲面法(Response Surface Methodology, RSM)結合中央合成設計(Central Composite Design, CCD),以表面粗糙度值與色差值此兩個品質特性,針對噴砂壓力、機台轉速及化學拋光時間之三個關鍵影響因子做探討,找尋最佳製程參數組合,目的是使產出的工件能夠接近品質特性的目標值,達成製程良率提升之目標。本研究經過參數最佳化後,製程良率由原本的75%提升至89%。

ABSTRACT

By the integration of Central Composite Design (CCD) and Response Surface Methodology (RSM), this study focused on sandblasting and chemical polishing process on the aluminum-magnesium alloy. Based on two quality characteristics of roughness value and color value, the research focused on three key affecting factors of sandblasting pressure, machine speed, and chemical polishing time for searching the optimal process parameter combination. The purpose is to make the two quality characteristics of the output work pieces be close to their goal values as possible, ultimately achieves the target of high yield rate. After applyingthe optimal parameterson the process, the yield rate is increased from 75 % to 89 %.
