摘要

產品的生產速度、品質及所花費的成本多寡取決於工廠規劃佈置是否完善,其直接影響企業未來的獲利與發展。系統化設施規劃可幫助產業於工廠生產時減少不必要的浪費,將生產空間有效利用最大化,協助企業提高產品品質與生產效率。

本研究應用系統化設施規劃(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)分析工廠各區域位置與產能動線現況,透過活動關係圖、空間聯想圖了解作業程序關係,重新整合各工作站間密切程度,經重新佈置後可縮短搬運時間,且運用Simul8模擬比較異動前後產能差異性,可協助企業經營者找出最佳改善方案。

關鍵字:系統化設施規劃、Simul8。

ABSTRACT

The production speed, quality and cost of products depend on whether the factory layout is perfect, which directly affects the future profit and development of the enterprise. Systematic facility planning can help industries reduce unnecessary waste during factory production, maximize the effective use of production space, and help companies improve product quality and production efficiency.

This study uses Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) to analyze the location of each area of the factory and the current status of production lines, understand the relationship between operating procedures through activity relationship diagrams and space association diagrams, and reintegrate the degree of closeness between workstations. After rearrangement It can shorten the handling time, and use Simul8 simulation to compare the difference in production capacity before and after the change, which can help business operators find the best improvement plan.
