不同群體消防宣導成效分析-以高雄市為例

Analysis on the Effect of Fire Propaganda for Different Groups-A Case Study of Kaohsiung City

摘要

近年全球氣候劇烈變遷,天然災害侵襲的量能遠超預期,縮減災害造成的損失需仰賴國民的災害初期應變,防災教育的建構即是防災應變的環節之一。而多元災害的防災知識須以消防宣導來紮根,為因應日益進步科技化之未來,導入更多元的宣導模式才能因應複雜的災害類型,並可增進民眾學習意願,增加消防機關宣導效率用以減輕消防機關人力負擔。

本研究投放電子化的「Google 表單」進行線上問卷填答,問卷發放以高雄市地區民眾為對象,問卷設計分為三個區塊,「個人基本資料」、「消防知識知多少」、「不同消防宣導模式」,從中探討高雄市民是否會因為不同性別、年齡及是否曾有過消防宣導經驗而有消防知識正確性、不同消防宣導模式喜好程度之顯著差異。

研究結果發現,性別於消防知識並無顯著差異,而41歲以上年齡層對於消防知識如火場關門等答對率更高,有過消防宣導經驗之高雄市民消防知識題得分均高於沒有受過消防宣導之民眾。不同消防宣導模式部分,女性比男性對於使用手機APP來作為消防宣導媒材更感興趣,41歲以上相較於0-40歲群體更喜歡社區大學宣導,0-40歲則更偏好以網路平台進行宣導,而有過消防宣導經驗民眾相比於從未有宣導經驗之民眾,前者對所有宣導模式均更感興趣。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the global climate has undergone severe changes, with the amount of natural disasters far exceeding expectations. Reducing the damage caused by disasters relies on the public's initial response to disasters, and the construction of disaster prevention education is one of the key components of disaster response. The knowledge of disaster prevention for various types of disasters should be rooted in fire safety education. In order to cope with the increasingly advanced and technological future, more diverse promotion methods need to be introduced to respond to complex disaster types. This can also enhance the public's willingness to learn and increase the efficiency of fire department promotions, thus reducing the burden on manpower.

In this study, "Google Forms" was used to fill in the online questionnaire distributed to the people in Kaohsiung City. The designed questionnaire is divided into three sections, "basic personal information," " Fire knowledge," and "different modes of firefighting Propaganda. " There are significant differences in the correctness of fire protection knowledge and the preference of different fire protection Propaganda modes.
The study found no significant difference in firefighting knowledge between genders. Individuals over 41 answered firefighting knowledge questions correctly, such as closing doors in a fire. Among Kaohsiung residents who had received firefighting publicity, their test scores were higher than those who had not.

Regarding different modes of firefighting publicity, women showed more interest in using mobile apps as a medium for firefighting publicity than men. Those over 41 preferred community college outreach compared to the 0-40 age group, who favored internet platforms for publicity. People with previous firefighting publicity experience showed greater interest in all publicity modes than those without experience.
