摘要

近年來,科技快速發展使得無人機在現代戰爭中地位日益重要。隨著國際關係的緊張,無人機已成為不對稱作戰中的核心武器,具有即時情報和遠程打擊能力,同時降低了人員傷亡風險。在俄烏戰爭等實例中,無人機成為重要的作戰工具,對戰爭形勢產生巨大影響。在台海局勢上,中國持續加強無人機和反無人機技術,增加共軍在作戰中的優勢,對台灣安全形勢帶來威脅。本專題整理了無人機應用、共軍和國軍目前主要無人機、不對稱作戰等相關內容,並探討了台海地區的不對稱戰力和無人機角色。結果顯示,國軍需要加速整合現有的無人機系統和技術,並且加強對無人機人才的培養和訓練,以建立一支具有高度作戰能力的無人機部隊,並進一步研究和發展無人機作戰策略,尤其是在不對稱作戰中,更需要善用無人機的特點來實現作戰目標。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, rapid technological development has made drones increasingly important in modern warfare. With international tensions rising, drones have become a core weapon in asymmetric warfare, providing real-time intelligence and remote strike capabilities while reducing the risk of personnel casualties. In examples such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict, drones have become critical tools in warfare, significantly impacting the battlefield situation. In the context of the Taiwan Strait, China has been consistently enhancing its drone and anti-drone technologies, increasing the advantage of the People's Liberation Army in operations and posing threats to Taiwan's security. This project compiles relevant content on drone applications, current drones used by the PLA and Taiwanese military, asymmetric warfare, and explores the asymmetric capabilities and roles of drones in the Taiwan Strait region. The results indicate that the Taiwanese military needs to accelerate the integration of existing drone systems and technologies, strengthen the cultivation and training of drone personnel, establish a highly capable drone force, and further research and develop drone warfare strategies, particularly in asymmetric warfare, to effectively utilize the unique characteristics of drones to achieve operational objectives.
