摘要

績效評估是了解組織缺失的重要方式,可以幫助組織檢視自己的運作狀況並指引未來發展方向,以確保組織管理的績效達成目標。本研究基於陸軍軍工廠的實務運作現況,使用動態網路DEA建構了一個以數據為基礎的國軍軍工廠績效評估系統。該系統根據二級廠的運作特性,將其分為「管制作業」、「補給作業」和「保修作業」三個活動。探討各階段核心活動效率、鏈結變項和結轉變項對組織運作績效的影響,研究對象共選擇了41個陸軍軍工廠,資料時間範圍為2021年1月至2022年6月,本研究先進行整體和各階段活動效率值的比較分析,以動態網路DEA模型為基礎,期望能夠幫助軍工廠了解其優劣之處,並提供參考建議以精進其管理績效。

ABSTRACT

Performance evaluation is an important way to understand organizational deficiencies. It can help organizations examine their own operations and guide future development directions to ensure that the performance of organizational management achieves goals. This research is based on the actual operation status of the Army Military Factory, and uses the dynamic network DEA to construct a data-based performance evaluation system for the Army Military Factory. According to the operating characteristics of the secondary plant, the system divides it into three activities: "control operation", "replenishment operation" and "maintenance operation". To explore the impact of core activity efficiency, link variables and result change items on organizational performance in each stage, a total of 41 army military factories were selected as the research objects, and the data time range was from January 2021 to June 2022. This study first Carry out comparative analysis of the overall and each stage activity efficiency value, based on the dynamic network DEA model, hoping to help military factories understand their advantages and disadvantages, and provide reference suggestions to improve their management performance.
